Salary: (dependant on coaching qualification):
FA Level 1/Introduction to Coaching Football Award £11.50 per hour
FA Level 2/B Licence £13.50 per hour
Location: Monday training sessions run at Kings Langley School from 8-9pm, Friday sessions run at WFC’s Training Ground from 7:15pm-8:45pm.
Matchdays are dependent on JPL fixtures calendar.
Contract type: Casual
Closing date: Sunday 5th January 2025. We reserve the right to close position early if we find the suitable candidate.
Interview date: The evening of Friday 13th December 2024.
Due to the need to recruit in readiness for an early January re-commencement, we will schedule a first interview date before the group breaks for Christmas) for any suitable candidates received by December 10th. Other interview dates to follow in January 2025 on a Friday evening once the group has started training again.

Summary of your role:
Are you a passionate team player who can support our Girls’ U16 JPL Head Coach for the remainder of the 24/25 season?
You will be responsible for delivering engaging, progressive sessions, working alongside the Head Coach and supporting the U16s girls in training sessions and on matchdays.
Your key responsibilities, but not limited to:
- Support the Head Coach at all training sessions and matchdays up to the end of the 24/25 in the first instance.
- Confidently delivery elements of training sessions, being prepared to work with individuals, and small groups and units within the squad, as requested by the Head Coach.
You Must Have:
- A minimum of the FA Level One Coaching or Introduction to Coaching Football award. Preferably FA Level 2/UEFA C license.
- Experience of developing Youth Development Phase-aged female footballers.
- A current FA Safeguarding Children Course.
- FA Level 1 Introduction to First Aid in Football (IFAiF) or FA Emergency First Aid.
The role will be subject to an enhanced DBS check undertaken by Watford FC CSE Trust.
